Please try pressing and holding the Shift key on your keyboard during the entire time while the program is starting up.
It sounds like your project may have somehow gotten corrupted and is not allowing you to view any stationery. Holding the shift key while the program is starting up automatically closes all open projects to get you past this problem.
If the shift key solution lets you back in to the program, your addresses and other projects will all be there but it may crash again if you try to access the project that was not working. If that happens, the next time you run it you will have to press and hold the shift key again.
If you wish to try to recover the old project you can try opening old versions of it that may be saved in My Documents\PrintingPress Extreme Data\My Backups folder. To open an backed up version of the project, choose Import Project from the File menu and browse to the folder above and when you select a file, choose Create New if the name matches your original project.
