When I print to a graphics file, why is it coming out blank?

Most likely either the dimensions of the file are too large like with a large banner, or you are choosing too high a resolution like 1200, or both. Either your computer does not have enough memory to support that file or the file format does not support that many pixels, so it is coming up blank.

We recommend Print to Graphics File choosing PDF or TIFF as the output file type and 300 dpi as the resolution and see if that works.

If it is still blank then you will need to install a PDF printer and use the standard Print function and select the PDF printer as your printer in order to create a PDF file. You can search for a PDF printer on the web or try:
