The program disappeared and the icon is a blank page and I see a message says Windows cannot find the program when I try to run it?

It sounds like your installation of the software may have been removed, or possibly quarantined. The only way this can happen is if you have an antivirus program installed that is incorrectly removing the PrintingPress installation for some reason. You would need to contact the antivirus provider for instructions on how to white list PrintingPress or stop it from being removed. You can then remove it from quarantine or reinstall it from your CD or flash drive.
