If you have Microsoft OneDrive set up to back up your files in the Documents folder, OneDrive may have redirected your Documents folder to C:\Users\<user name>\OneDrive\Documents. Then it was unavailable for some reason and it reverted Documents to point back to the original location C:\Users\<user name>\Documents. So when you ran PrintingPress it created a new, blank data folder there.
To resolve this please Exit PrintingPress and then open Documents and rename the “PrintingPress Extreme Data:” folder there to something else like “PrintingPress Extreme Data Blank.” Then copy your entire “PrintingPress Extreme Data” folder from onedrive to the local documents folder. Then run PrintingPress and your data should be restored. You will want to disable OneDrive on the Documents folder so this does not keep happening.
We recommend you create a backups folder in OneDrive and periodically Exit PrintingPress and then copy your entire “PrintingPress Extreme Data” folder with all its subfolders to the backups folder in OneDrive to save an external copy. You can do this once a month or so.
